Houston Babysitter Arrested After Leaving Three Year old Alone and Locked in a Hot Car. The babysitter is Juliette Castillo. She allegedly left 3-year-old Rhianna Cadoo in her 2001 Chevy Impala around 10:30 a.m. in the parking lot of the St. Joseph's professional building in the downtown area. Temperatures were in the high 80s at the time and reached over 100 in the car. (Read More.)
