Judge Orders Mental Evaluation After Baby Killer Requests House Arrest
A Chesterfield babysitter convicted in the death of a toddler will stay behind bars for now.
Citing mental instability, a lawyer for Elizabeth Noakes asked a judge to let her serve out the remaining eight months of her sentence at home. The judge ordered a mental evaluation and plans to make a ruling in May. Meanwhile, Noakes' attorney plans to file an appeal
