Woman Finds Her Babysitter is a Sex Offender
Police say 62 year old Frank Gutierrez was caught by the child's mother when she returned home from work.Gutierrez was the woman's baby sitter and is a registered sex offender.Police say Monday afternoon, the mother came home to her Sunnyvale apartment and found Gutierrez committing sexual acts with her child in the living room.
