The producer of the Oscar-winning Spanish film "Pan's Labyrinth" has been accused of abusing her nanny in a lawsuit filed in Manhattan federal court yesterday. Man Squeezed Sitter’s Bottom
A drunken man who grabbed his babysitter’s bottom in a Ritz-Carlton hotel room was ticketed, according to an Eagle County Sheriff’s Office report. The babysitter, 21, was waiting to get paid by the man, 38, after he came home with his wife and a couple other people. The man told the woman, who was eight-and-a-half months pregnant, that she was beautiful for being pregnant, touched her stomach and rubbed her back. The man’s wife told him to leave the babysitter alone. The babysitter left and told the story to her 22-year-old husband, who was picking her up. The husband confronted the group of people, none of whom said they had touched the babysitter. The man was asleep when sheriff’s deputies got to the hotel room. His wife said he was too drunk and she could not wake him up. She let deputies inside only after they threatened to get a search warrant. The man denied having squeezed the babysitter’s bottom, but said he might have hugged her. The man was ticketed for unlawful sexual contact.
