Authorities Find Toddler, Cancel Amber Alert Authorities have found a 20-month-old boy after issuing an Amber Alert about 12 hours earlier.Surprise police spokesman Sgt. Randy Rody says both the boy and his 15-year-old baby sitter are safe and well. Rody says authorities found them Thursday in Avondale, Arizona.

Michael Wolfe was last seen Wednesday afternoon in Rainey's care, officers said. Rainey was supposed to be taking the boy to a park, but she never returned, authorities said. The toddler's mother lives in the Philippines, police said. According to police, the boy's father hired Rainey to baby sit after seeing her ad on Craig's list. She had been watching Wolfe since Monday, investigators said.
