Cops: Babysitter Smoked Crack in Front of Infant
Police say Robin Fininen, 46, cared for the infant boy in late February. When the grandmother arrived to pick him up, she noticed a strong odor coming from the house. The baby was flushed and dazed. Fininen admitted to smoking multiple rocks of crack cocaine. She now faces child endangerment charges.
Beaten Baby Still Struggling
The parents of the 1-year-old boy who suffered serious injuries while being watched by a babysitter say they're still waiting to see if their little one will ever fully recover from the September attack. Last year Eryk Woodruff was first admitted to Harborview Medical Center, then transported to an assisted living facility in Woodinville after doctors found several broken bones, including a broken jaw and rib, as well as a serious brain injury from the assault.
