Church Hill Babysitter Charged With Sexual Assault
A Church Hill, TN man is accused of sexually assaulting a seven year old child. Hawkins County deputies arrested Roger Lee Dugger after a four month investigation after the young boy’s grandmother lodged a complaint. Dugger was the boys babysitter in December and alone with the youngster when the assault is said to have taken place.
