Lizella Six-Year-Old Drowns in Pool (Georgia)
A six-year-old Crawford County boy is dead, after drowning in the pool at his Lizella home. Richard Kearbey was swimming with three other young children and a 14-year-old baby sitter when he dove into an above-ground pool yesterday morning.

An accident? This was negligence!!
Negligence on the part of the parents. Why would a parent hire a 14 year old babysitter??!! Its okay to hire a 14 year old, to be more of a mothers helper. And its wrong to leave a 14 year old with three kids to take care of.
I guess the parents wanted cheap labor. Now this young girl is going to have to live with this her whole life. And in reality its not her fault. She was negligent because of her age and the circumstances of watching three young children. When shes a child herself.
