Police Say Video Captures Sex Assault
An Austin man is being held facing possible second degree sexual assault charges after a video surveillance camera caught him in what police say was an inappropriate act with a 4 year-old girl.Police say 55 year-old Ken Leichtnam of Austin was arrested after the owners OF the house where Leichtnam had been baby-sitting turned over a video tape to police.
