City Boy, 17, Charged in Toddler Rape (Rhode Island)
A 2-year-old girl was beaten, bitten and raped by a teenage babysitter Sunday, police said. The babysitter, a 17-year-old boy, was arrested about 1 a.m. Monday, several hours after the toddler was allegedly brutalized. Detective Lt. Timothy S. Paul said he was charged with first-degree sexual assault by means of forcible rape and first-degree child abuse.
Lockland Police Arrest Another Alleged Bad Babysitter
Police said if a car not did not stop in time, it would have hit a two-year-old child in the middle of the street Monday night. The child was nearly hit in front of the police station on North Cooper Avenue around 8:15 p.m. Police said no adults were found near the child. Police later found 26-year-old Kristin Fritsch. She is facing one count of child endangerment.
