Babysitter Arrested After Toddler Shoots 8-Year-Old (Miami)
Police say a teenager was arrested after a toddler he was supposed to be watching shot an 8-year-old girl.
A jail spokeswoman says 18-year-old Trevaris Brown was charged with child neglect and released on $7,500 bond.
