CT Toddler Dies After Being 'Shaken'
A 2-year-old boy who was shaken until he lost consciousness and subsequently not taken to the hospital by his caretakers until nearly 24 hours later died Tuesday afternoon at the Connecticut Children’s Medical Center in Hartford. Many have wondered why the child's sitter who reportedly observed the child to have been neglected failed to report the parents to the proper authorities. This is another case where had a babysitter had the strength and intelligence to speak up, a child would be alive today. (Read More.)
