Babysitter Charged With Child Abuse
A 17-year-old from Bellevue faces a felony charge of neglectful child abuse after she allegedly left a 3-year-old girl home alone. Bellevue police said the teenager left a note for the child's mother and said she had to leave to help a suicidal friend. (really?)
