Baby’s Injuries Lead to Charges An infant’s head injury and drug use by her caretaker now has an Elmore City man facing a trio of criminal charges with child endangerment at the top of the list.Those formal allegations filed earlier this week puts the target directly on Johnny Ray Vanhorn, 39, since he was the guy who was watching his girlfriend’s 4-month-old baby when the little girl suffered a skull fracture.
