Are you kidding me? This is absolutely outrageous ... especially since because of their age, they will most likely get a slap on the wrist. Maybe mom and dad are the no-nonsense type and will knock the shit out of them for this. Not that I ever believe in raising a hand to your kid - but this is so senseless, it needs to be nipped in the bud before these girls become serious criminals and/or kill somebody next time. Hopefully they will put them in counseling to figure out how they could do such a thing. This poor kid will be scarred for life.
