Toddler Returned to Sitter After Wandering Off
Florida Department of Children and Families was notified Monday after a 4-year-old child was found in the middle of the street alone. The woman was later identified as the child’s babysitter. She told Kostera she and the child went to sleep for an afternoon nap around 1 pm. When she woke up about 40 minutes later, she said she found the front door open.
