Number of deaths from child abuse/neglect down in Hampton Roads
In the last three years, 34 young lives in Hampton Roads, VA have been cut short due to child abuse or neglect. They noticed a disturbing number of babies who died while in babysitter's care. "They're leaving children in substandard care, either with friends, relatives, paramours and even in unlicensed homes,” said Coyle. (Read more.)
