Authorities have found a 20-month-old boy after issuing an Amber Alert about 12 hours earlier. Surprise police spokesman Sgt. Randy Rody said both the boy and his 15-year-old babysitter are safe and well.
-Second Woman Arrested in Abduction of Surprise Toddler
Judith Lucatero, 20, of Surprise was arrested for helping Amanda Raney, 15, abduct the toddler she was babysitting near Litchfield and Bell Rd. Police say Lucatero drove Raney and the toddler away from the scene, helped clean out the boy's room, and was involved in luring the boy's father away from his home.

The reunion was short-lived between Brett Wolfe and his 18-month old son, Michael Wolfe, who was the focus of a statewide Amber Alert in Surprise on Thursday. The child, who went missing with his 15-year-old live-in nanny Wednesday and was found at an Avondale apartment complex Thursday afternoon, was taken away from the father Thursday evening and turned over to Child Protective Services after Surprise police concluded that the father's actions were neglectful.
Mother Reacts Following Death of Son from Apparent Beating
Tonight, a mom is grieving after police say the person who was supposed to be taking care of her child may have caused his death. Ethan Gibbs would've celebrated his second birthday at the end of March. On Wednesday, his mom says she dropped him off at his baby sitter's apartment, but the baby sitter left Ethan with the man who police say severely beat the little boy.
Man Charged In Babysitter Assault
A Martins Ferry man allegedly tried to run down his child’s babysitter early today, and Belmont County’s chief deputy said there is evidence to support her claim.Christopher Carmalt, 25, of 57919 Deep Run Road, was arrested at about 4 a.m. today on a charge of felonious assault. The allegation was made by Carmalt’s 19-year-old neighbor, according to Belmont County Sheriff’s Department Chief Deputy Joseph Hummel.
